We refund shipping charges in the following cases:
- We ship an incorrect product.
- We ship a broken or defective product.
- The carrier damages a product during shipping.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

What is our return policy?
Most closeout and deep-discount retailers have an "all sales are final" approach to customer returns. At My Sports Warehouse we offer you the option of returning items that don't meet your needs. Here is our return policy:
You can return most items sold by My Sports Warehouse within 20 days from the ship date.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrappped for Video products). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $4.95 per-item OR 15% of the the purchase price which ever amount is more. Customers who paid for their item with PayPal will receive their refund as an My Sports Warehouse in-store credit.
We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
- Custom Decorated Apparel and Headwear, swimming suits, undergarments, used socks, used shoes/cleats, software, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, open mouthguards.
- Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses
- Other select items, as noted on the product detail page
