Upper Hand Inc. specializes in batting gloves. The Upper Hand gloves were born from our frustration as coaches. With more than 60 years coaching or playing experience in softball, Little League, American Legion, high school, college, semi-pro and professional levels, we saw the same problem: players unable to maintain proper bat grip. After considerable study and field-testing, we devised a batting glove that assures the proper bat grip. These gloves are ergonomically designed to enable the proper grip every time. This increases bat speed and leverage resulting in more power. In addition, we have found hitters become more consistent in bat speed generated because the bat is held in the proper place every time.
